There is a lot out there these days about the accessibility of Pilates and, lets face it, a stereotype of the person who practices Pilates. I am here to tell you and SHOW you that Pilates truly is for EVERY BODY. Everyone can benefit from the improvements in strength, mobility and posture that one can achieve from practicing Pilates. It’s great on it’s own or in addition to weight training, cycling, running, walking and any other exercise you may enjoy.

I began my Pilates journey following a move to Milwaukee and a layoff from my Corporate Career. I immediately appreciated the mind & body connection necessary in Pilates and started the road to learning and growing my knowledge. I didn’t set out to become a teacher, but when you love something as much as I love Pilates, you want to share it with anyone else who wants to learn.

My teacher is Trey Fry who co-owns Kinetic MKE. He has been a teacher trainer with many of the well-known certification programs and has been practicing for over 25 years. He has studied under many second and third generation teachers and has recently started his own teacher certification program. He is extremely well versed in Classical Pilates and is passionate about passing on his knowledge and the body of work left to us from others.

I want the people who choose to practice with me to feel welcomed, challenged, safe and, well, surprised by themselves.
